Heat Pump System Inspection

Basic $49

  1. Check Voltages
  2. Check Freon Pressures
  3. Inspect condenser coils and remove any debris
  4. Inspect reversing valve for proper operation to ensure heating and cooling is working
  5. Inspect whip and disconnect for proper operations and fuse size
  6. Record make/model/age
  1. Inspect platform to confirm air handler is level
  2. Inspect Supply and Return plenum from proper seal
  3. Inspect Blower Wheel and clean if necessary
  4. Inspect filter and record filter size
  5. Inspect Evaporator coil to ensure it is clear and clean
  6. Confirm air handler has safety switches
  7. Inspect and blow out the drain line
  8. Check volts and amps in the air handler
  9. Inspect breaker box to make sure correct breaker size are installed
  10. Record make and model
  11. Inspect duct work to ensure there are no leaks, and ductwork is run properly
  12. Provide full report and pictures

Premium with tune-up $225

  1. Check Voltages
  2. Check Freon Pressures

  6. Inspect and blow out the drain line
  7. Check volts and amps in the air handler
  8. Inspect breaker box to make sure correct breaker size are installed
  9. Record make and model
  10. Inspect duct work to ensure there are no leaks, and ductwork is run properly
  11. Provide full report and pictures
  12. Clean Evap coil in place, foam spray/wash
  13. Duct Disinfectant
  14. Install new capacitor
  15. Install new contactor
  16. Replace filter
  17. Leave 3 additional filters at home
