Knowledge: Customer Experience. Proficient in Residential Service Calls / Diagnose Single Stage & Two Stage/Multi-Unit/Estimates/Major Repairs/Site Surveys
Daily Expectation: Seamlessly complete necessary forms, locate the problem areas, build two estimates, present to customer and complete repairs. Never a go back
Skills: Diagnose, low-voltage trace, Air Flow, Zone Controls
Tools: Drills, handtools, gauges, temp gun/probe, leak detector, torch kit
Certifications: EPA, TDLR, Airflow, Infinity
