Jose came to my house to fix my AC. I knew the refrigerant was low and it.needed some parts replaced. He started slow with a flush of the hose and checked the batteries. He explained what he was checking and what it should show, and when the ratings showed it needed replacing, he talked with me about it before he did it. We have two complete HVAC systems. The first was fully replaced by another San Antonio HVAC company, and the experience was disappointing. The installation extended over several days, with different technicians arriving on multiple occasions. It then required more than a year of follow-up visits before the system was finally leak-free and no longer needed frequent refrigerant recharges. When it came time to replace our second 4-ton unit, I discovered several HVAC presentations featuring Kenneth from Atlas Air Conditioning Repair. He demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. After reviewing multiple videos, I was pleased to learn that Atlas services Northwest San Antonio, so I scheduled an inspection and requested a quote. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and they delivered exactly as promised. Special recognition goes to Israel and Delwis, the installation technicians, who were professional, courteous, organized, and efficient. Their technical expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the installation process. The entire process progressed efficiently from my initial call. There was no sales pressure and no excessive promotion of service plans or warranty packages. I called on May 25, Kenneth inspected the system the following morning to address concerns regarding attic space, and the matter was resolved promptly. Just 11 days later, we had a fully operational, state-of-the-art Daikin Fit 3-ton variable-speed air conditioner and gas furnace system. I had a new hvac system replaced in the first floor one year ago. I was very happy with Atlas’s work and professionalism, so when my other HVAC unit on the second floor began  to leak I immediately called Atlas AC.  BRian came out for the repair and gave me the option of spending a large amount now when it was inevitable  that I would need a new replacement in a few years. I researched the problem and he was spot on with the average cost of the repair. I appreciated him discussing the options with me and not pressuring me to get a new system which I eventually did because it made sense and they gave me such a great deal and I know it will be done correctly like my first unit.
