We are searching for an experienced Hub Manager to oversee HVAC operations at our Houston location. The Hub Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, in-house, and over the phone. Performing change-out estimates in the home, oversee scheduling, service calls, installs, and customer satisfaction.

– Leading and developing a team of HVAC technicians and installers, ensuring they are well-trained and meet performance expectations.
– Managing the location’s P&L, ensuring financial goals and budgets are met.
– Overseeing staffing needs, including recruiting, hiring, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
– Ensuring all service calls, installations, and maintenance work are completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting company standards.
– Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
– Analyzing customer feedback and addressing concerns to improve overall satisfaction and customer retention.
– Maintaining and improving relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the best pricing and service.
– Reviewing and approving work orders, invoices, and job costing to maintain accurate financial records.
