Qualifications

•2+ years experience installing Residential & Commercial HVAC systems

•Understand how to read and follow HVAC schematics, and manuals

•Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

•TDLR HVAC Technician Registration Card

•EPA Certification

•Good driving record

•Pass background check

•Reliable transportation to and from work

•Ability to pick up/move 25-100 lbs objects & equipment

•Own required HVAC Installer tools

Joining Atlas as an Install Team who have history together and know how each other work is a huge plus. We don’t separate teams and understand the value of keeping a lead and their helper together.

Complete installs effectively and efficiently. Responsible to remove, install, & start up HVAC System, including ductwork per local & state code guidelines. Work closely with those necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
