•Answer incoming calls and communications such as email and customer portals
•Input all Customer details into Housecall Pro
•Communicate and provide excellent customer service
•Pre-qualify the Customer
•Proficient use of a computer, multiline telephone system and other communication methods and networks
Primary Job Purpose
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with Customers and Field Personnel by assigning tasks, instructions and assistance. Make the Customer “feels like” they called the right person, someone who is genuinely interested in solving their problem
