They provided several equipment options and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted quickly. On install day Charles and Louis arrived on time. Thoroughly explained what the plan was and kept me informed during the process. I ask a lot of questions and Charles was quick and happy to answer and explain. Once the install was complete he showed me exactly what was done at my request and gave me a quick run down of the indoor and outdoor unit to include the safety switches and new air filter housing they installed. This was a new system installation on my existing home. Atlas had the system professionally engineered based on my house plans to get me the correct duct sizes and tonnage of system. The install crew of Charlie and Louis were excellent to work with. They arrived on time and went straight to work. They kept all trash and debris to a minimum and left the site cleaned up. The finished install is visible and they took care to keep it neat and visually clean. Charlie answered all questions I had during the install process. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys! You did an excellent job!
