Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, technical excellence, passion for the job, and teamwork. Great communication and strong people skills are required, you must be able to effectively communicate with the customers and explain what’s going on with the unit and how much it will cost without pressuring the customer or pushing sales. If you have not run your own truck, created estimates in the field, written the cost of repairs and worked with the customer for approval on the repairs, DO NOT APPLY!!

Requirements
•Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair
•Building estimates
•Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Strong problem-solving skills for equipment repair
•Good driving record
Responsibilities
•Perform maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
•Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
•Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently
•Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits
•Drive a service van to various job sites
•Provide excellent customer service while on-site
•Work with customer on repair approvals
•Build your own estimate and present your findings
